If I had to sum up May and June in one word, it would be: orchestration.
Over just a few weeks, the Appsaya team delivered three very different but equally meaningful projects — in France, Malaysia, and Senegal. Each one had its own objectives, audience, and logistical challenges. But one thing united them: the need to connect people efficiently and meaningfully, whether for investment, recruitment, or professional exchange.
And behind every smooth interaction — from a scanned badge to a scheduled meeting — was a robust digital engine built by Appsaya.
The Meet Senegal salon in Paris has become the flagship event for promoting investment and real estate opportunities in Senegal to the diaspora. This 8th edition brought together a rich mix of profiles — all with a shared interest in contributing to Senegal’s development.
Appsaya supported the organizers with:
Our system allowed organizers to manage entries efficiently, avoiding long queues and ensuring a professional, high-quality experience from the moment guests arrived. It also gave them visibility on attendance metrics. For an event of this scale, professionalizing the entry experience was essential — and that’s exactly what we delivered.
In Malaysia, the French Embassy, together with the Malaysia-France Chamber of Commerce, hosted the France-Malaysia Innovation Day — an event that combined innovation showcases, corporate presence, and alumni engagement.
Appsaya was invited to power a career-oriented matchmaking platform, helping French companies connect with Malaysian alumni from French institutions. We provided:
The result? A smoother, more efficient way to bring companies and young professionals together. And from an organizer’s perspective, having a central system to manage interactions made the logistics far easier to handle — with less manual work and more control over the participant experience.
At the 4th SOSERIM Congress, a major gathering for Senegal’s radiology and imaging professionals, Appsaya introduced several platform features that added real value for both organizers and attendees.
What we delivered:
This last feature was especially appreciated. In medical congresses, tracking attendance and providing official proof of presence is often a manual and error-prone task. With Appsaya, certificates were issued in a user-friendly and reliable way, saving the organizing team time and ensuring participants could receive their proof immediately.
The work we’ve done in Paris, Kuala Lumpur, and Saly these past months isn’t just about delivering event tech. It’s about creating infrastructure for real human connection — whether that means enabling an investor to explore opportunities back home, helping a young graduate meet the right recruiter, or supporting medical professionals with the tools they need to grow.
We’ve proven that our platform can adapt to different sectors, languages, and use cases — but more importantly, that we can deliver value where it counts: for organizers, participants, and ecosystems alike.
And we’re not stopping.
We’re already actively working on July events in Cameroon — including Douala and Yaoundé, where the Cameroon–Türkiye B2B Meetings will foster trade ties in packaging, logistics, and industrial equipment, under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, Social Economy, and Craftsmanship.
At the same time, our teams are preparing for EBIS 2025 in Dakar, the E-Business International Summit dedicated to e-commerce and digital transformation in Africa, set to take place on June 27–28.
We’re more committed than ever to helping institutions, communities, and businesses thrive through smart and human-centered digital tools.
